Welcome to my website. By accessing this website or purchasing artwork through it, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About the Artwork

All artwork displayed on this website is created by me unless otherwise stated.

I make every effort to ensure that photographs, colours, dimensions, and descriptions accurately represent each artwork. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, device, or lighting conditions.

Because original artworks are handmade, minor variations in texture, colour, surface, and finish are part of the nature and character of the work.

2. Artwork Availability

Original artworks are unique pieces and are available only while supplies last.

An artwork may become unavailable if it is sold through another gallery, exhibition, marketplace, or in-person sale before an online order is completed.

If an artwork becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, I will contact you and provide a full refund.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in the currency indicated on the website.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, and other applicable charges may be added to the purchase price where applicable.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Orders are considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

I reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances such as suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or situations where the artwork is no longer available.

5. Shipping

Artwork will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

I will make reasonable efforts to package artwork securely and ship orders within a week unless I am out of town. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, weather, or other circumstances outside my control may occur.

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

6. Returns and Damaged Artwork

Original artwork sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange except where the artwork arrives damaged.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the artwork and packaging.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All artwork, photographs, images, text, logos, designs, and other content displayed on this website are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing an original artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.

The artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist. The buyer may display the purchased artwork for personal use but may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from the artwork without prior written permission.

I reserve the right to photograph and reproduce images of sold artwork for purposes including my portfolio, website, exhibitions, social media, publications, and promotional materials.

8. Website Content

I make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and current. However, I do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, accurate, or free from errors.

I reserve the right to update, modify, or remove website content, products, prices, or availability at any time.

9. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with the operation or security of the website.
